Chocolate tasting

With our chocolate tastings, you can learn about the history of chocolate by tasting the delicacies produced in our workshop. You will delight in our dragées, the different types of dark and milk chocolate, pralines, truffles and hot or cold chocolate. Tastings are held by appointment only, Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays, Christmas and Easter). The minimum is 2 participants up to a maximum of 20/25 people, children are welcome. The duration of the tasting varies from 30/40 minutes.

Classes

Learn how to make chocolate, ice cream or delicious biscuits in our workshop.

Chocolate class

Chocolate has a long history that we will bring to life with our course through stories, technical explanations and tastings. We will teach you how to temper chocolate, how to make ganaches and mousses, and you will learn how to prepare the most popular winter drink: hot chocolate. Courses are held by appointment only, Tuesday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays such as Carnival, Christmas and Easter). Course duration is 2 hours, maximum 4 participants, children over 6 years are welcome.

Ice cream class

Ice cream in Italy has a long and rich tradition. By taking part in our course you will get to know it through stories, production techniques and product tasting. We will show you how to prepare, with genuine ingredients, a milk base and a water base with which we will make ice creams and sorbets. Courses are held by appointment from Tuesday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding public holidays, carnival periods Christmas and Easter). Course duration is 2 hours, maximum 4 participants, children over 6 years are welcome.

Traditional Venetian and chocolate biscuits class

"At the table with the Doges", this is the name of our course, to learn how to make delicious traditional Venetian biscuits and excellent chocolate biscuits. Exquisite biscuits have been made in Venice since the 18th century using maize flour, sultanas, pine nuts, eggs and the highly prized cocoa. By taking part in our course you can appreciate our tradition through stories, production technique and product tasting. Courses are held by prior arrangement, Tuesday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays, Carnival Christmas and Easter). Course duration is 2 hours, maximum 4 participants, children over 6 years are welcome.
